軸重分布就是整滿載和空載情況下，將載荷分配到工業車輛的輪軸上，對于在軸距區域內運輸和升舉負載的工業車輛，即使在負載條件下，兩個軸的負載也相對均勻。對于叉車，即平衡重式叉車，在拾起負載后前軸上的負載會更高。在負載狀態下，后軸的松動程度可保持方向盤和驅動輪的抓地力，從而滿足穩定性要求。

both axles are loaded relatively evenly even in loaded condition. For forklift trucks, i.e. counterbalanced lift trucks, the load on the front axle is higher after load pick-up.
In loaded condition the rear axle is relieved to an extent where road-holding is maintained for the steering and drive wheels and the stability prerequisites are fulfilled.
